• 01 What does v1 include exactly? +

  All 18 departments and Atlas the cross-dept orchestrator — live in production today. 52 named specialists across Customer Success, Brand & Communications, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Security, HR, Operations, QA, Sales, Product, Data, Compliance, Brand, Insights, Infra, Strategy. Six social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with brand-voiced drafting, approval queue, audit log, bilingual EN+AR (4 dialects). Starter is gated to 5 departments of your choice; Growth and above get all 18. GA milestone is Q3 2026 — until then you're on a self-serve trial with Stripe billing, cancel any time.

• 02 Why are there no per-seat or per-user prices? +

  Because BBB isn't a tool used by humans — it IS the worker. A per-seat price says 'add more humans, pay more for AI.' That's wrong: BBB replaces the work, so it should be priced as a flat tenant rate that scales with what work you have. Salesforce and similar are pivoting away from per-seat for the same reason.

• 03 Why isn't there a $99 / $299 cheap tier? +

  GCC mid-market doesn't seriously evaluate AI infrastructure under ~$1,500/mo. Below that, BBB triggers a 'cheap AI tool' mental category — wrong frame for a workforce replacement that needs to be trusted with brand, customer comms, and PDPL-grade data. Starter at $1,500/mo is the entry; below that point, we can't justify the per-customer Foundry-curated knowledge work that makes BBB actually fit your business.

• 04 Why is there no free tier? +

  Because supporting free users at the quality bar we hold ourselves to costs more than it earns. We offer a 7-day trial on our hosted demo environment (no card needed) so you can verify the product before committing. After 7 days, you commit to a tier and install on your own hardware.

• 05 Where does BBB actually run? +

  On your hardware. BBB is software-only — every paying tier installs on customer-owned GPUs / servers / storage. We don't host long-term. The 7-day trial happens on our hosted demo environment so you can evaluate before bringing hardware online; once you commit, you install via Docker Compose on your own infrastructure. Your data never leaves your perimeter for the actual operating life of the install.

• 06 What hardware do I need? +

  Starter: 1× GPU with 24–48 GB VRAM (e.g. RTX 6000 Ada, A6000). Growth: 2× GPUs with 48–80 GB VRAM each. Enterprise: 4× 80 GB datacenter-grade (e.g. H100 / H200). Sovereign: 8× 80 GB H100 floor with a DR site. Customer owns hardware; we don't resell or lease GPUs. Detailed specs in our hardware requirements document — ask sales for it.

• 07 What happens when I exceed my AI task volume? +

  Starter (5K/mo) and Growth (25K/mo) overage auto-bills at $0.012 per task above the floor. We notify at 80% and 100%. Enterprise has a 200K fair-use floor with no overage; Sovereign is unlimited.

• 08 Can I switch between tiers? +

  Yes. Upgrade is immediate; downgrade at end of billing period. Most customers start at Starter or Growth and expand as more departments come online. Your audit trail, brand voice profiles, and custom personas travel with you across tier changes.

• 09 Annual billing or commitment discounts? +

  Annual prepay: 20% off, available on Starter / Growth / Enterprise (Sovereign is always custom-quoted). 24-month committed monthly: months 13+14 free (≈8.3% effective discount, no upfront cash). 24-month with year-1 upfront: 30% off year 1, non-refundable; year 2 at standard 24-month terms (≈23% total over 24 months). Sovereign discounts are bespoke.

• 10 What about taxes / VAT / non-USD? +

  Stripe Tax handles VAT automatically based on your billing address (GCC / EU / US). USD default. AED / SAR / QAR available for Enterprise and Sovereign via regional invoicing. B2B reverse-charge for VAT-registered.

• 11 How does OAuth Concierge work? +

  Most platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) require you to register a developer app to connect via OAuth — typically an hour of forms per platform, more if app review is involved. With OAuth Concierge, you click 'connect' and use our shared OAuth client. 5 minutes, six platforms. Growth includes it free; Starter pays $50/mo per integration; Enterprise and Sovereign always include it.

• 12 Can I bring my own LLM? +

  Yes. BBB is local-first by default — Ollama models run on your GPUs. Optional: connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key for premium-tier reasoning when you want it (Sonnet on customer-tier hardware in addition to local models). You pay LLM cost; we don't markup.

• 13 How do I know you'll be around in three years? +

  Your install runs on your hardware. Even if BBB-the-company vanished, your install keeps running for the lifetime of your hardware. Your data is exportable any time, no lock-in. The audit log + voice profiles + posted content history are yours. This is the structural opposite of a SaaS dependency.
